Caramel ViSalus Cheesecake

Caramel Vi-Cheesecake

8 oz. low-fat cream cheese

2 eggs

2 scoops ViSalus Vi-Shape mix

1/2 cup Splenda

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 graham cracker crust

Sugar-free caramel sauce

Mix cream cheese, eggs, ViSalus shake mix, Splenda, and vanilla until smooth. Pour into graham cracker crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours. Drizzle sugar-free caramel sauce on the top and serve.
