1 Cup of oatmeal (Dry)
1/2 Cup of reduced fat peanut butter (Creamy)
1/3 Cup of honey
1 Cup of coconut flakes
2 Scoops of ViSalus Nutritional Shake Mix (Dry)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix together all ingredients in a bowl until all ingredients are mixed
evenly. One mixture is evenly mixed, use approx 1 tbsp of mixture to
roll into ball then flatten using a fork into a cookie. Some prefer to
serve chilled. No baking required.
Serving Size: makes 16 cookies
