No-Bake ViSalus Cookies!
1 Cup of oatmeal (Dry)
1/2 Cup of reduced fat peanut butter (Creamy)
1/3 Cup of honey
1 Cup of coconut flakes
2 Scoops of ViSalus Nutritional Shake Mix (Dry)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix together all ingredients in a bowl until all ingredients are mixed evenly. One mixture is evenly mixed, use approx 1 tbsp of mixture to roll into ball then flatten using a fork into a cookie. Some prefer to serve chilled. No baking required.
Serving Size: makes 16 cookies

1 Package Spinach Dip Seasoning Mix

Caramel ViSalus Cheesecake
Caramel Vi-Cheesecake
8 oz. low-fat cream cheese
2 eggs
2 scoops ViSalus Vi-Shape mix
1/2 cup Splenda
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 graham cracker crust
Sugar-free caramel sauce
Mix cream cheese, eggs, ViSalus shake mix, Splenda, and vanilla until smooth. Pour into graham cracker crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours. Drizzle sugar-free caramel sauce on the top and serve.
