Not just shakes - Body by Vi Pancakes!


Did you know you could make pancakes with Body by Vi???
1 serving (2 scoops) Vi-Shape Shake
1/3 cup Oatmeal
1 Egg
1/3 cup of Serving Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 cup Mixed Berries (on the side or mixed in)
Blend with a whisk and cook it on Medium-Low!
(makes 1 serving)
1 TB Agave Nectar or Sugar-free Syrup on top!
Healthy and lactose-free, gluten-free, and diabetic friendly!
