Moved back home!

Well, Colorado was nice, but my husband and I decided to move back to our home in California. There is nothing like family and friends to be close to. We love our home in the woods of the Sierra Nevada mountains. When I was in Colorado, I tried several times to get on track with exercise and diet. I struggled and know I needed the support of my friends here in CA. I am getting back to strength and health with ViSalus, exercise, and eating in moderation. It is good to be home!
